Hula Hooping is her passion & meditation, like a medicine for her body and soul.
She discovered hoop dance in 2012 and it quickly became a tool to achieve happiness, wellness and a deeper connection with her body.
Through hooping Ka found a way to express myself and let her creativity flow within movements.
Playing with one single hoop as well as twin or multi-hooping, finding a balance in on-body and off-body movements and creating flow is my speciality.
